Simply Smart Media recently helped launch www.bythebookboise.com.
By the Book is a devotional and leads group for men in the Treasure Valley. They help support foreign and local missions, as well as meet on a regular weekly basis.
The idea behind the web site was to have a place where members could connect online. Devotionals are blogged about and the occasional humorous post is added as well.
The design behind the blog is based on the Simple Web Design philosophy.

It's always easy to get carried away with useless ideas and design elements in a web site. We have to ask:
- Does it serve a purpose?
- Where does it rank in importance?
- Will it distract from what's more important?
- Will it slow down or diminish the user experience?
Those are just a few questions we have to ask in order to achieve a well thought out game plan for a web site.
